Founded by owner Mindy Hamilton, Hamilton Hat Lounge was born from a lifelong love of hats and Western heritage. Raised riding barrel horses and training in Western pleasure, Mindy was rarely seen without a hat — a tradition inspired by her stylish grandmother, who made sure she was always topped off in flair. In fact, Mindy’s love for hats earned her the nickname “Minnie Pearl” as a child. Today, that same passion lives on through her commitment to timeless hat fashion, Western style, and creating custom hat experiences that celebrate individuality and tradition.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Hamilton purchase. This policy applies to our Western hats, fedoras, baseball caps, hankies, accessories, and other merchandise.
Seven-Day Return Window
Non-customized merchandise is eligible for return within seven calendar days of in-person purchase or delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Please contact us within this seven-day window to arrange your return. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customized Items Are Final Sale
Once an item has been customized, it is nonrefundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customization includes branding, burning, engraving, shaping, trimming, adding patches, pins, bands, embellishments, or other personalized alterations.
Because each customized piece is made especially for you, we consult with you in person, virtually, or through direct communication before beginning customization. This gives you the opportunity to review your preferences, ask questions, and approve your design choices before we personalize your item.
Please review all sizing, colors, spelling, placement, and design details carefully before approving customization.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and contact us promptly if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your proof of purchase and clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
