There are moments in business that make you stop and realize just how far you’ve come—and being featured in Modern Luxury Vegas Magazine is one of those moments for me.

I’m incredibly honored to be recognized by Modern Luxury Vegas among the dynamic women, entrepreneurs and leaders helping shape the Las Vegas community.

As the founder of Hamilton Hat Lounge and owner of BONDED Jewelry, this recognition means so much more than seeing my name in a magazine. It represents years of taking chances, rebuilding, creating brands from the ground up and believing that an experience can be every bit as important as the product someone takes home.

Building Luxury Experiential Brands in Las Vegas

When I began my journey in permanent jewelry, I knew I wanted BONDED to feel different.

BONDED isn't simply about getting a bracelet. We have built an elevated permanent jewelry experience in Las Vegas centered around quality, connection and creating something personal. From private appointments and girls' weekends to bachelorette parties, weddings and large-scale corporate activations, the goal has always been to make the experience memorable.

That same philosophy became the foundation for Hamilton Hat Lounge.

My lifelong connection to Western culture made hats personal to me long before they became a trend. Hamilton Hat Lounge takes the traditional hat bar concept and elevates it into a curated luxury experience where guests can create something that genuinely reflects their individual style.

Today, our experiences can include permanent jewelry, custom hats, leather branding, hat burning and customization, our Hamilton Hanky Bar and other interactive gifting concepts designed for private and corporate events.

From Las Vegas Entrepreneur to Growing National Brands

Las Vegas has played an enormous role in my story.

It is a city that understands experiences. People come here expecting something memorable, and that has influenced the way I approach both BONDED and Hamilton Hat Lounge.

We've had opportunities to create experiences for incredible corporate clients, luxury properties, weddings, conferences, private celebrations and destination events. At the same time, BONDED has grown beyond Las Vegas into a brand with a presence in multiple markets.

And we're nowhere near finished.

The next chapter includes expanding both brands into additional cities, growing Hamilton Hats into a fully custom experience—from the hat body through the final branding and embellishments—and developing our wholesale hat business.

The goal is not simply to grow bigger. It's to continue raising the standard for what an experiential luxury brand can look like.

The event industry has changed.

Guests don't necessarily want another promotional item or traditional party favor. They want to participate.

They want to choose their chain and watch their permanent bracelet become theirs.

Modern Luxury itself emphasizes experiential marketing and the power of creating personal connections between luxury brands and consumers, which is exactly the space we've been building in.

A Recognition That Feels Personal

Being recognized by Modern Luxury Vegas Magazine feels especially meaningful because Las Vegas is the city where so much of my entrepreneurial story has unfolded.

I've learned that success isn't always one giant moment. It's hundreds of small decisions: showing up when you're exhausted, taking the meeting, sending the email, reinventing something that isn't working, trusting an idea before anyone else understands it and continuing to build even when the next step isn't completely clear.

So to be included among women making an impact in this city is something I don't take lightly.

I'm incredibly grateful to my team, our clients, the planners who continue to bring us into their events, every person who has trusted us with a bracelet or a hat, and everyone who has supported these brands as they've grown.

And perhaps my favorite part?
